The presence of those seeking the truth is infinitely to be preferred to the presence of those who think they have found it.

Co-founder: The Cassandra Project

Teacher of Authentic Movement and Syntonics®

I have been studying with Judith Koltai since 1989. Canada's National Voice Intensive in Vancouver was my first experience with both Syntonics® and Authentic Movement. My dance career took a turn and included these two disciplines. As a dancer, I found my home in this work. It does not prescribe movement, there are no techniques to be learned and the integration with my dance experience was seamless. A new language of movement and interpreting the world around me became possible because of these disciplines.

I have maintained full membership with the Embodied Practice® Masterclass since it was started in 1996 and have since committed to uninterrupted participation.

The Cassandra Project was co-founded by Judith Koltai and myself and began its five year journey in 2003 and ended in 2007. The goal of the project was to explore Authentic Movement as a basis for creation, a basis for bringing forth the voice of people whose stories are not believed: like the voice of Cassandra in the Greek mythology.

Syntonics® and Authentic Movement continue to inform my everyday life as an administrator, teacher and artist. I received permission from Judith Koltai to teach the work. I have been teaching regularly since 2002 in Ottawa, Ontario.
