The presence of those seeking the truth is infinitely to be preferred to the presence of those who think they have found it.

In 1994 I was introduced to Judith Koltai's work while a participant at Canada's National Voice Intensive. Her work immediately spoke to me as an actor, and later, as I went on to study with David Smukler, her work became central to my life as a voice teacher.
My time with the Masterclass began in Toronto in 1996 and continued when I returned to BC as a regular participant with the Western Class. I was enormously privileged to be able to further the work by helping to create a performance piece with The Cassandra Project; a unique project that has deepened my understanding of how I truly want to function as an actor, teacher and director. The principals of Embodied Practice® have become an integral part of my work.
